Your monthly subscription amount is determined by how many active clients you have in your Dashboard client list & if you are using the basic or premium package. Virtfits monthly billing cycle renews automatically and charges each gym location/personal trainer on a monthly basis pro rata of how many clients you have listed.
No. The prices listed within the pricing options above are what your account will be charged on your monthly billing date. Extra fees will only occur if you choose optional add-ons like Custom Branding which is a one off fee ($99 USD).
No. You can unsubscribe from your Virtfit account with no set contract length in place. However, you will be charged pro rata for the billing cycle which you unsubscribed.

To upgrade or downgrade your subscription, simply login to your Virtfit dashboard then select ‘My Account’ from the drop down menu in the top right of your screen. Select ‘Subscription Plan’ from the options listed then select the 3 dot menu button to change your subscription. For more information, please search our Help Desk.
Yes. Your total client list (Active + Paused) determines which tier of subscription you will be charged on monthly.
